Queen Mary Hospital Website

Queen Mary Hospital (QMH) is one of the largest acute regional hospitals in Hong Kong. It provides a full range of comprehensive healthcare services from 24-hour Accident & Emergency services to rehabilitation. It is also a tertiary and quaternary referral centre for many complex and advanced technology services such as transplantation and paediatric cardiac surgery. QMH also partners with the University of Hong Kong Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine as its teaching hospital providing training and research ground for post-graduates and undergraduates, both local and overseas.

Queen Mary Hospital was invited to join the Project WeCan Programme in 2015 and to partner with the HKTA The Yuen Yuen Institute No.1 Secondary School. A series of programmes including health seminars, career talks, patient group sharing and hospital visits were organised a view to broadening the students’ knowledge about the hospital, promoting their healthcare knowledge and to develop their talents for the enhancement of their employment prospects upon graduation.


The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong Website

The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong was incorporated as a company limited by guarantee on 29th September 1972 by a group of professionals with the major objectives of promoting the study of taxation, using as a venue for the exchange of taxation knowledge as well as to enhance the standard of tax professionals. In upcoming years, the Institute will not only focus on promoting the study of taxation, raising the standard of our members, but also nurturing the next generation and draw student’s awareness of the tax profession as another choice in their career development.


The Institute has joined Project WeCan since 2015 and organised various events to their Partner School Lok Sin Tong Wong Chung Ming Secondary. In education, two workshops, mainly focused on marketing skills, finance budgeting as well as selling skills, were held for equipping the students for Young Innovators Bazaar. In order to enrich student’s extra-curricular knowledge, the Institute also arranged the Airport Visit and Porsche Centre Visit. The students learnt a lot on the daily operation and job duties of the captioned organisation and company.
